Platform · Analytics
Your maintenance numbers, without building a single spreadsheet.
Availability, MTBF, MTTR, SLA and downtime cost calculated from every closed work order. By client, site and asset, always current.
01 · The problem
The monthly report arrives when it no longer matters.
When KPIs are built by hand, meetings argue about numbers instead of decisions.
?
KPIs nobody can defend
MTTR comes from a sheet someone half-updated. In the client meeting, nobody knows where it came from.
3×
Three days for one report
Exporting, cross-checking and formatting every month-end eats coordinator days that belong to the operation.
$
Downtime cost, invisible
You know the asset was down, but not what it cost the operation or which site concentrates the losses.
02 · How it works
From field record to management decision.
- 01
Record
Every work order closes with times, parts, downtime and cause.
- 02
Calculate
KPIs update themselves with each closed work order.
- 03
Detect
The reliability agent flags drift, repeat failures and SLAs at risk.
- 04
Decide
Show clients or management numbers that trace back to the work order.
03 · Reliability
Availability, MTBF and MTTR, asset by asset.
Every downtime event logged with start, end and cause feeds the KPIs. The reliability agent flags assets that are getting worse and explains why.
- Availability by asset, site and client
- MTBF and MTTR calculated from real work orders
- Downtime cost with a configurable rate per asset
- Repeat failures and drifting assets
- Comparison with the previous period
04 · SLA and people
Who delivers, where it slips and how many hours it costs.
SLA compliance by priority and site, plus travel, work and wait hours per technician. So you know whether the problem is workload, routing or the contract.
- SLA compliance by priority, site and client
- Overdue work orders and escalations
- Hours per technician split into travel, work and wait
- Site ranking by downtime, cost and requests
05 · Exports
The same numbers for you, your client and your accountant.
Filter by date, client, site or asset and export to Excel or PDF. Every figure drills down to the work order that produced it.
- Filters by period, client, site, asset and technician
- Export to Excel and PDF
- From KPI to work order in one click
- Per-client reports for contract reviews
06 · Connected modules

08 · FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where do the KPIs come from?+
From your work orders. Every downtime event, time entry and part logged in the field feeds the calculations, with no manual loading.
How is downtime cost calculated?+
You set an hourly downtime rate per asset or site. Mantenix multiplies it by the downtime hours recorded on work orders.
Can my clients see their KPIs?+
Yes, if you enable it. In the portal each client sees only the KPIs for their own sites and assets.
Can I export the data?+
Yes. Any filtered view exports to Excel or PDF for contract reviews, audits or your own analysis.
What if I have no historical data?+
KPIs build up from day one. If you have history in Excel, we can import it during onboarding.
