Can I track stock on my technicians' trucks?+
Yes. Each truck is a location with its own stock. What the technician installs is issued from their truck when they log it on the work order.
Does it replace my purchasing or accounting system?+
No. Mantenix handles stock, consumption and maintenance costs, and hands that data to your current system ready to use.
How do reorder alerts work?+
You set the minimum stock and reorder point per part and location. When stock drops below that level, the owner gets an alert.
Do quotes carry my branding?+
Yes. The PDF uses your logo and company details, and includes parts, labor, validity and the photos of the finding.
Can I track refrigerant?+
Yes. Charges and recoveries are logged per asset, with technician, cylinder and cost.
